After our trip to Banff where we wished we had our bikes, we bought the Rad Expand folding bike during the winter while they were on sale. Today we finally had the chance, and warmer weather to test them out. They are fantastic! Very light, easy to fold and carry and fast. After testing it out around the neighborhood, we got our helmets and headed to the lake.

It was a relaxing 10-mile ride exploring the area. At one point a lady stopped us and asked if the bikes were battery-powered. We said yes and she said, “Oh they are Rad Power Bikes, you guys are so lucky, I have been wanting one for a while now but wanted to see one first”. We chatted with her for a good fifteen minutes, answered all her questions, and continued our ride. Back at home we did a little fine-tuning and can’t wait for the next ride before our Canada trip.
