More snow heading our way
We received around two and half inches of snow over night and into the morning. It’s expected to clear out today with another storm coming through with another four inches of the white stuff.

Here comes the sun
When I got up this morning, I noticed the sun was shining and went into the office and captured this view of the sun just peeking over the mountains—a great way to start the day.
Early peach
When we planted the peach tree in the front yard, we knew it would take a few years for fruit arrive. Cas went out this morning, and bam…peaches! We can’t wait for next year when all the trees should be producing fruit for us.
Chinese Cherries
We have a mixed cherries tree with a variety to choose from. Today Cas went out and found out we had some Chinese Cherries. We tried some, and they are on the sour side lol.
Garden Walk
I finally took some time this morning to enjoy Rosy’s Garden. I walked around and discovered we had some new flowers that popped up. I even captured a bee collecting pollen from the flower.
A new addition: Tricolor European Beech
We picked up a new tree today to add some color to the front yard. This tree has been on Castors which list for a while, and we finally found a good spot. Over time we plan to remove a tree in the side yard and add a tree upfront.
Finishing the gutters
Today we worked on a project that has been on our list for a long time, adding gutters to the back of the house. For some reason, when they built the house, they only had gutters over the back door. Plants are blooming
We took a walk around the front yard today and noticed lots of plants starting to bloom. We’re excited to see how all the plants from last year do this year.
Getting the house ready
We worked tonight to get all the decorating done inside the house tonight. It’s been a little slower this year because of our work schedules but we made it.
