After work tonight, I headed out back to check on the gardens. We have had temperatures in the high 70’s for a few days now, so they received a great deal of sun. It looks fantastic.
While out driving tonight, I passed the water tower in Post Falls. I looked around, and there were no cars on the street, so I stopped and took some photos from the car.
We picked up a new tree today to add some color to the front yard. This tree has been on Castors which list for a while, and we finally found a good spot. Over time we plan to remove a tree in the side yard and add a tree upfront.
Today we worked on a project that has been on our list for a long time, adding gutters to the back of the house. For some reason, when they built the house, they only had gutters over the back door. We took a walk around the front yard today and noticed lots of plants starting to bloom. We’re excited to see how all the plants from last year do this year.
Over night we finally received some much needed snow. When we got up this morning there was around 2inches with 2 more inches so today and tonight. We’re hoping we get some more snow so we can get out and go cross country skiing. Time will tell.
We worked tonight to get all the decorating done inside the house tonight. It’s been a little slower this year because of our work schedules but we made it.
A few years ago we took a road trip from Seattle to San Francisco. We took a little drive over to Yosemite for the day. It was a beautiful day in the Park.
