Our final stop on our way home was to Tlaxcala to see the churches, only to find them closed. Staying busy is something in the DNA of the Mexican people. Between the customers at the waterfalls, they peel fresh coffee beans by hand before they get carried into town to get roasted. Across from out hotel we watched ten guys hand-carry buckets of concrete up three stories nonstop.
