Winter has arrived
We woke up this morning with 2.35 inches of fresh fluffy snow. It was also pretty windy, so it kept the trees clear of snow build-up. We are expecting another 2-plus inches of snow this afternoon.

This afternoon we walked around the house to enjoy all the falls colors surrounding us. We love this time of year, from the changing colors to the mirror shining on the lakes.
This week I stopped over at Mom’s house to put away the patio items she still had out, and take care of a few projects for her. My sister Debi joined us and we had a fun lunch and afternoon together.
Since I had the weekend off and Cas works until 7pm tonight, I headed off to Macy’s on the bike. I made it on one hour and forty minutes, and since I gave myself two hours I had plenty of time to get ready for work. It felt great riding and being outside.
