Today, we headed through the tunnel back to the park’s East side, but not without a long traffic line joining us. Once on the other side, we pulled over to explore a spot we hadn’t had a chance to visit before.

As we started to hike around, we found beautiful rock formations created over the years, which were fascinating to see firsthand.

While on a trail, we turned around and spotted a cave, which we walked through to find amazing views. On the other side, we heard some little kids yelling into the cave, so we answered back, which made them laugh and freak them out. We waited until they left before walking back out.

We spent the entire day hiking, going back into the canyons, finding different trials, and even finding a second cave under the road.
