This morning we checked out of the Airbnb at 11:00 and headed for breakfast with a restaurant that had Pan, and it was delicious. We then walked around the area and explored. Our first stop was the Cathedral which was beautiful inside and out. Once outside we played tag with the kids, and even go Mom involved.
We started walking looking for the aqueduct that I had read about. Along the way we learned of a beautiful church near them, so we were on a mission. It was a healthy walk, but along the way, we started to hear thunder, and I turned to Cas and asked do you think rain is coming?
We made it to the aqueduct and the family stopped and rested on a bench, while Cas and I zoomed around taking photos. It was really amazing to see something built to move water was still standing today.
We made it to the church when the rain started, not a downpour but not a drizzle, so we decided to get two Ubers and head back to the parking garage. Our Uber arrived first and the driver stopped for gas and took some back streets to avoid the traffic. Esdras said I should see where the other group was and as I went to text Cas, I turned the corner and there was Cas and his Uber had already dropped them off and left.
We got into the car and headed back home, this time Esdras used Google Maps and I noticed it was much faster.
