This spring it has been all about Rosy’s Garden. We’ve moved some plants around, thinned out some areas, and removed and replace a few trees.

We added a Japanese Maple to the front patio area along with a second one on the side of the house. We then removed a silver-tipped maple (because it had become very top-heavy and was bending into the neighbors) and replaced it with a Red Maple tree. Cas had wanted a red maple for the longest time so we purchased a second one to grow in the corner of the garden, which will give us some nice shade as it grows.

A month ago we added a Tri-Color tree to the side garden which will give us a great splash of color and provide some nice shade to the side of the house. Back to the front yard, last year our apricot tree died and we found a nice apricot tree to replace it with.
