Back in 1987, I was living in Concord, and I started to volunteer with the Concord Blue Devils. For the summer, I was asked to go on tour with the B Corps, and when that wrapped up, I was asked to join the Devil’s Food team. That summer, I toured with the Corps across the country in the back of the Devil’s Food trailer, and I fell in love with the colors of the fleet.

Thirty-six years later, I did a color match found the colors of the strips and set out to make a duplicate look that I could put onto a mug and my coffee cup journey started.
