After breakfast, we met up with Sailesh and Micheal and they drove us down to the southern part of Vancouver and to an ocean park. It got a little cold so we grabbed our jackets and walked the area.
While walking down the street, Sailesh said this is where they filmed the tv show Once Upon a Time. I recognized the library right away as it was the centerpiece of the town. As we walked along, he pointed out Granny’s Cafe and Mr. Gold’s shop. That was pretty cool. It was funny because at first, we could not remember the name of the TV show or the town name. Cas figured out the town first, Storybrook.
While walking the street, we came to the Tram museum, just as it was closing and they were kind enough to let us through. We heard about the history of the car and what it was like back in the day. Once at the end of the line, the seats could flip over, so you could sit in the proper position going back. Very clever I thought.
After we visited the main part of town we walked down to the pier and saw all the different fishing boats that bring in fresh fish each day. It was a fun and relaxing day full of laughs.
