After years of worries and lots of what-if moments, Cas is now a US Citizen, and it took all ten minutes, lol. He had to surrender his greencard, take the Oath and we are done. We were all able to stay in the room at watch the ceremony as only seven people were taking the Oath. We are so happy and relieved, now onward.

We also surprised Cas with a visit from Omar. I saw him walking up the steps as we started and I let Cas walk in front. I watched as Cas looked over and saw him and think, “what a coincidence.”
